About Jury Research

Jury Research has its roots in market research. In brief, it is typically an attempt by trial lawyers, corporate counsel, insurance adjustors, and other interested parties to understand how the “trier of fact” (Jury) is likely to view a particular matter in advance of actually going to trial.

Understanding juror reactions to a case can include conducting various types of qualitative and quantitative research with panels of surrogate jurors. Examples of this type of research traditionally include personal interviews, focus groups, mock trials, and juror attitude surveys.

Typically panels ranging from ten to over one thousand surrogate jurors are gathered together and presented with information about a case. Juror reactions are gathered and the data is tabulated and analyzed by the trial team.

JuryBank provides jury research at a fraction of the cost of conventional firms by letting you present your case online and receive feedback from real mock jurors. Create a FREE account now to begin building and storing case presentations and mock jury surveys. Create a Free Account Now!
